Located in the Smoky Mountains near Asheville, and Cherokee, our Waynesville Bed and Breakfast is the perfect home base to come back to relax after a day of exploration. All of our comfortable guest rooms at Oak Hill are uniquely decorated in their own special style. Each spacious room has a sitting area and private bathroom. Oak Hill’s largest suite has a king bed with sitting area and large en-suite private bath with two-person jetted tub. The private adjoining parlor where the fire place is, also has a drop leaf table, A queen size sleeper sofa and a writing includes a desk.

Located on the second floor, this lovely suite features a four-poster queen size bed in a bright sunny bedroom surrounded by plantation shuttered windows. An adjoining sitting room includes a comfortable love seat and wing back chair to enjoy the fireplace. The suite has an en-suite private bath with standard tub/shower. For a third person, the parlor has a twin bed off of the sitting area.

This beautiful mountain view first-floor room features a four-poster queen bed with sitting area and electric fireplace. The only room with a private entrance. The private bath, complete with crystal chandelier and antique dressing table, is surrounded with shuttered windows and houses a clawfoot tub that is original to the house. The tub is equipped with a luxurious rainfall shower head.
